Why do Bundaberg Brewed Drinks brew beverages? Why is it better?
Bundaberg Brewed Drinks continue to use age old recipes and brewing techniques using real ingredients to extract maximum flavour for a premium and refreshing taste profile. This is why it can take up to seven days to brew a single batch of our beverages.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Our packaging is recyclable and the recycle symbol appears on our labels, wraps and cartons.

Are your products Vegan / Vegetarian?
We do not conduct any animal testing with our products or ingredients and are not aware of any done on our behalf.

  • The following beverages are all suitable for vegans: Lemon, Lime & Bitters, Diet Lemon, Lime Bitters, Burgundee Creaming Soda, Traditional lemonade, Guava, Blood Orange, Peach, Passionfruit, Pineapple & Coconut, Refreshingly Light Raspberry & Pomegranate and Refreshingly Light Apple & Lychee.
  • The following beverages are all suitable for vegetarians, lacto vegetarians and ovo-lacto vegetarians: Ginger Beer, Diet Ginger Beer, Spiced Ginger Beer, Sarsaparilla/Root Beer, Diet Sarsaparilla, Diet Passionfruit, Diet Guava, Pink Grapefruit, Tropical Mango and Refreshingly Light Lemon & Watermelon.

We can confirm each of our brews were only classified as Vegan or Vegetarian after careful consultation with our suppliers, based on the Vegan/Vegetarian status of each of our ingredients.

What does ‘Invert Bottle Before Opening’ mean?
The advice, ‘invert before opening’ is purely a suggestion. We recommend inverting – tipping upside down, all bottles before opening. This ensures that all naturally occurring sediment which can settle to the bottom of the bottle during transportation and storage is mixed throughout to deliver an optimal tasting product.

What items can be shipped to me?
If you’re not local to Bundaberg and would still like to order drinks online, you can shop the full range here.

Our full range of Bundaberg merchandise is available for delivery direct from our team – simply add them to your cart (without Brews) and select the delivery option. If you’re local to Bundaberg, we invite you to visit the Barrel to purchase drinks and merchandise during opening hours.

Where do you ship to?
Bundaberg merchandise can be posted to all metro and most regional areas throughout Australia. We use Sendle for delivery, so please feel free to check the Sendle website for delivery regions and estimated timeframes. We are not currently shipping internationally.

How long does shipping take?
We’ll process your merchandise order within 1-3 business days of your completed purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is collected by our delivery partner. Here you will be able to find your estimated delivery day. We use Sendle for delivery, so please feel free to check the Sendle website for delivery regions and estimated timeframes.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery location; we’ve partnered with a shipping provider that uses multiple delivery partners to ensure the lowest cost. Your shipping cost will be calculated in the cart once you have made your final selection and included your delivery address.

Are your packing satchels eco-friendly?
The satchels we use to send your merchandise items are biodegradable, compostable and are shipped 100% carbon neutral. All you need to do is remove the shipping label and tape from the front and then the satchel can go straight into your home compost or even your worm farm.

How do I collect my order?
Collecting your Click & Collect order from The Barrel is simple:

  1. Order online or Call 07 4154 5480 to order and pay for your purchase
  2. We'll email or text to let you know your order is ready
  3. Visit the Barrel and park in the rear car park (using the driveway to the left of the building) during opening hours 7 days a week
  4. Remain in your car and call 07 4154 5480 and share your name and car description
  5. Our team member will deliver your order to your car
  6. Take your drinks home and enjoy them!

ONLINE ORDERING

What happens when I make an online purchase?
If you purchase our brews or merchandise for Click and Collect you will receive an email or text message to confirm when your order is ready for collection. Simply follow the instructions above to collect your order.

If you purchase merchandise for home delivery, our team will pack your order and send it with the courier. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details so you can monitor your parcel until it arrives at your door. We cannot deliver to Auction houses, Malls or shopping centres, Furniture and retail stores, Hospitals, Military bases or Airports.

Can I make a change to my order or my delivery details after it is processed?
If you need to make any changes to your order or update your delivery details, please give us a call within opening hours on 07 4154 5480. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make your requested changes, as we pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days once payment has been received.

 

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

Do you offer returns?
If you receive faulty or defective items, please get in contact with our team and we will organise a replacement for you. At this time, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

What payment options do you offer for online purchases?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Do you have accessible parking on-site at The Barrel?
The Bundaberg Barrel offers ample parking space in front of, and behind, our building. There are designated spots for visitors in cars, camper vans, group minibuses and guests with special needs.

Is the Bundaberg Barrel accessible for all visitors?
We're proud to offer a more inclusive visitor experience at The Bundaberg Barrel. Our sensory audio guide is designed to support travellers who are blind or have low vision. Listen before you visit or while you're here for an immersive journey through our story.

The Bundaberg Barrel tour is wheelchair accessible, with all activities taking place on a single level. There is accessible parking bays located at the rear of the Barrel, offering easy access to the main entrance and check-in area. An accessible bathroom is located towards the back of the retail area, on the right after passing through the glass doors.

Service dogs are welcomed at the Barrel, although there are no nearby grassy areas for toileting. The facility also features tactile indicators on EFTPOS machines to assist guests who are blind or living with low vision.

For visitors with sensory sensitivities, a quieter area is available near the rear of the building, close to the bathrooms.

Complimentary admission is offered to carers with government-issued companion cards who will be performing duties on-site.
