Q. What items can be shipped to me?
A. Due to the potential for breakages, we are not currently able to ship our Brews. The good news though, is that our full range of Bundaberg merchandise is available for delivery – simply add them to your cart (without Brews) and select the delivery option. If you’re local to Bundaberg, we invite you to visit the Barrel to purchase drinks and merchandise during opening hours. If you’re not local to Bundaberg and would still like to order drinks online, please check our list of stores here.
Q. How do I collect my order?
A. Collecting your Click & Collect order from The Barrel is simple:
- Order online or Call 07 4154 5480 to order and pay for your purchase
- We'll email or text to let you know your order is ready
- Visit the Barrel and park in the rear car park (using the driveway to the left of the building) during opening hours 7 days a week
- Remain in your car and call 07 4154 5480 and share your name and car description
- Our team member will deliver your order to your car
- Take your drinks home and enjoy them!

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We’ll process your merchandise order within 1-3 business days of your completed purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is collected by our delivery partner. Here you will be able to find your estimated delivery day. We use Sendle for delivery, so please feel free to check the Sendle website for delivery regions and estimated timeframes.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Bundaberg merchandise can be posted to all metro and most regional areas throughout Australia. We use Sendle for delivery, so please feel free to check the Sendle website for delivery regions and estimated timeframes. We are not currently shipping internationally.
Q. Do you offer returns?
A. If you receive faulty or defective items, please get in contact with our team and we will organise a replacement for you. At this time, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. Shipping is calculated based on weight and delivery location; we’ve partnered with a shipping provider that uses multiple delivery partners to ensure the lowest cost. Your shipping cost will be calculated in the cart once you have made your final selection and included your delivery address.
Q. Are your packing satchels eco-friendly?
A. The satchels we use to send your merchandise items are biodegradable, compostable and are shipped 100% carbon neutral. All you need to do is remove the shipping label and tape from the front and then the satchel can go straight into your home compost or even your worm farm.
Q. What happens when I make an online purchase?
A. If you purchase our brews or merchandise for Click and Collect you will receive an email or text message to confirm when your order is ready for collection. Simply follow the instructions above to collect your order.
If you purchase merchandise for home delivery, our team will pack your order and send it with the courier. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details so you can monitor your parcel until it arrives at your door. We cannot deliver to Auction houses, Malls or shopping centres, Furniture and retail stores, Hospitals, Military bases or Airports.
Q. What payment options do you offer?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Q. Can I make a change to my order or my delivery details after it is processed?
A. If you need to make any changes to your order or update your delivery details, please give us a call within opening hours on 07 4154 5480. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make your requested changes, as we pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days once payment has been received.
