How much do the personalised wedding labels/bottles cost?
Personalised Wedding Labels are available as label sheets or applied to bottles for pick-up only. Label sheets are $12 per sheet, with 6 stickers included per sheet.

For bottles, pricing is based on the total quantity ordered and is available for pick-up only: 24–95 bottles are $9.50 per bottle, 96–143 bottles are $8.50 per bottle, and orders of 144 or more bottles are $7.75 per bottle.

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity for personalised wedding bottles?
Yes, there is a minimum order quantity of 24 personalised wedding bottles.

What do I do if I need more label sheets than what is currently available?
If you need more label sheets than what’s currently available via our Bundaberg Barrel website, please get in touch with our Bundaberg Barrel team and we’ll be happy to help. You can email us at visitors@bundaberg.com or alternatively call 07 4154 5480 to discuss your order.

Do the labels come already stuck to the bottles, or do I apply them myself?
At this stage, personalised Wedding Labels ordered through our Bundaberg Barrel website are supplied as label stickers only, along with an easy-to-follow application guide. The labels are designed to be peeled and applied directly over the existing label on a Bundaberg Ginger Beer bottle.

Can I save my design and come back to finish it later?
Yes. If you’d like to come back and finish your design later, simply create an account and save your template before you exit. You can then log back in to your account and continue where you left off when you’re ready.

What type of photo works best for the bottle label?
For the best result, we recommend using a high-resolution, bright photo where the main subject is centred and clearly visible. Photos with faces positioned too close to the edge may be cropped by the oval label shape, so try to choose an image with a little extra space around the people.

What file formats do you accept for image uploads?
For the best result, we recommend uploading your photo as a PNG or JPEG file. These formats work best for personalised Wedding Labels and help ensure your image appears clearly in your final design.

Can I change the font style, colours, or main text like 'Ginger Beer' and 'Bundaberg'?
No, the font style, colours, and main label text such as ‘Ginger Beer’ and ‘Bundaberg’ cannot be changed.

How long does it take to process, print, and ship my personalised order?
Personalised orders are typically processed, printed, and packed within 1–3 business days once payment has been received. Shipping times may vary depending on your location selected at checkout, so we recommend allowing extra time if you need your order for a specific date.

Do you offer express shipping for last-minute wedding orders?

Can I make a change to my order or my delivery details after it is processed?
If you need to change your order or update your delivery details, please call our Bundaberg Barrel team as soon as possible on 07 4154 5480 during opening hours. 

We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has started being processed, as personalised orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

What is the shelf life of the drinks? How far in advance can I order them for my wedding?
Our Bundaberg Brews generally have around 12 months of shelf life from the stock we have in store, so you can order your personalised Wedding Labels well in advance of your big day. 

We recommend placing your order early to allow time for processing, printing, and delivery.
